Nekateri bodo trdili, da je bilo izjemno, medtem ko je bilo za druge katastrofalno \u2013 kar pa je razumljivo \u0161e posebej zaradi pandemije, ki nas je za mesece zadr\u017eala doma in uni\u010dila ve\u010dino na\u0161ih na\u010drtov. Kljub temu pa ste lahko v zadnjih dneh decembra vsaj malo navdu\u0161eni, saj prihod novega leta pomeni 365 novih dni za nove prilo\u017enosti in dogodiv\u0161\u010dine, ki so pred nami in skozi katere si bomo ponovno ustvarili mnogo lepih spominov. V takem razpolo\u017eenju je tudi odli\u010den \u010das, da si dolo\u010dimo novoletne zaobljube in se zave\u017eemo k izbolj\u0161anju svojih navad, s \u010dimer pa vzamemo usodo naslednjega leta v svoje roke.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pribli\u017eno polovica Ameri\u010danov si postavi cilje za izbolj\u0161anje samega sebe vsako leto, kot sta poro\u010dala <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernconnecticuthealthnetwork.org\/newsroom\/article-listing\/new-years-resolutions\">Western Connecticut Health Network<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2019-01-16\/here-s-how-quickly-people-ditch-weight-loss-resolutions\">Bloomberg CityLab<\/a>. Raziskava je pokazala, da Evropejci na drugi strani, natan\u010dneje Britanci, niso tako navdu\u0161eni nad ustvarjanjem novih navad. Le \u010detrtina jih je namre\u010d ustvarila vsaj eno zaobljubo leta 2018. Mogo\u010de niso dovolj motivirani, da bi naredili spremembo ali pa so prepri\u010dani, da bi jih to predrago stalo. Glede na poro\u010danje <a href=\"https:\/\/health.usnews.com\/health-news\/blogs\/eat-run\/articles\/2015-12-29\/why-80-percent-of-new-years-resolutions-fail\">U. S. News<\/a> se kar 80% ljudem ne uspe dr\u017eati novoletnih zaobljub niti do februarja, \u010deprav so zanje pogosto od\u0161teli kar nekaj denarja. Jim gre pa vsaj bolje kot 10% ljudi, ki nikoli sploh ne za\u010dnejo delati sprememb, ki so si jih obljubili. Za razliko od njih pa samo manj kot 10% uspe trajno vklju\u010diti nove navade v svoj \u017eivljenjski slog, kot je poro\u010dal <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westernconnecticuthealthnetwork.org\/newsroom\/article-listing\/new-years-resolutions\">Nuvance Health<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V zadnjih treh letih so tako Ameri\u010dani kot Britanci na prvo mesto med svojimi prioritetami za naslednje leto postavili redno telesno aktivnost, kot so poro\u010dali pri <a href=\"https:\/\/www.statista.com\/statistics\/1076508\/most-popular-new-year-s-resolutions-in-the-united-states\/\">Statisti<\/a>. Dejstvo je, da si kar vsak drugi \u017eeli ustvariti bolj\u0161e navade kar se ti\u010de telovadbe. Drugo mesto med najpopularnej\u0161imi zaobljubami zaseda izguba telesne te\u017ee. Skoraj enak procent vpra\u0161anih, nekaj manj kot 50%, si kot pomembnej\u0161o novoletno zaobljubo zastavijo postati vitkej\u0161i. Glede na podatke <a href=\"https:\/\/www.numbeo.com\/cost-of-living\/country_price_rankings?itemId=40\">Numbea <\/a>o \u010dlanarinah v fitnesih po svetu sem izra\u010dunala, da nas obiskovanje telovadnic v popre\u010dju stane pribli\u017eno 49\u20ac na mesec. Decembra, ko je postavljanje ciljev za \u0161portno aktivnost na vrhuncu, za\u010dnejo ponujati posebne popuste za letno \u010dlanarino, ker vedo, da zagotovo ne bodo vsi novi \u010dlani dolgo vztrajali. Na \u017ealost je nedavna raziskava, omenjena pri <a href=\"https:\/\/www.huffpost.com\/entry\/eating-healthy-vs-unhealthy_n_4383633\">Huffpostu<\/a>, pokazala, da je zdrava hrana na dan za okoli 1,20\u20ac dra\u017eja od nezdrave, kar znese okoli 36\u20ac na mesec oziroma okoli 440\u20ac na leto. \u010ce pa ste recimo star\u0161 in morate preskrbeti \u0161e preostale tri dru\u017einske \u010dlane, boste morali zapraviti 145\u20ac mese\u010dno oziroma 1750\u20ac letno ve\u010d za nakup bolj zdravih \u017eivil. Ne glede na to pa je dr. Za primer vzemimo znano gazirano pija\u010do Coca-Colo, ki stane pribli\u017eno 1,20\u20ac na liter. \u010ce spijemo pet kozarcev te pija\u010de (kar je pribli\u017eno en liter) vsak dan, zanjo zapravimo 440\u20ac vsako leto. Mimo grede, gre dejansko za znesek, enak ceni zdrave hrane, o kateri sem pisala v prej\u0161njem odstavku. Na drugi strani pa je, po poro\u010danju <a href=\"https:\/\/www.waterlogicaustralia.com.au\/blog\/bottled-water-vs-tap-water\/\">Australian Museum<\/a>, cena vode iz pipe 1 cent na liter oziroma 6,50\u20ac na osebo na leto, \u010de upo\u0161tevamo, da \u010dlovek spije dva litra na dan, da ostane zdrav. S tem je cena vode iz pipe (ne iz plastenke \u2013 pri tej je zgodba \u010disto druga\u010dna, saj je njena cena \u0161e vi\u0161ja od Coca-Coline) prakti\u010dno ni\u010d v primerjavi z bolj nezdravimi, gaziranimi pija\u010dami, zanimivo pa je tudi, da lahko s tem, ko namesto gaziranih pija\u010d pijete vodo iz pipe, prihranite dovolj denarja za veliko bolj hranljivo in raznoliko, zdravo prehrano in posledi\u010dno veliko vi\u0161jo kakovost \u017eivljenja.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko \u017ee govorimo o pija\u010dah, si veliko ljudi tudi obljubi, da bo v novem letu pilo manj alkoholnih pija\u010d, kar predstavlja \u0161e eno odli\u010dno zaobljubo ne le za posameznikovo zdravje, ampak tudi kar se ti\u010de var\u010devanja z denarjem. Kot so poro\u010dali pri <a href=\"https:\/\/ourworldindata.org\/alcohol-consumption\">Our World In Data<\/a>, je vsaka oseba na svetu, starej\u0161a od 15 let, v povpre\u010dju zau\u017eila 6,4 litrov \u010distega alkohola leta 2016. S tem, da ne kupite nove \u0161katlice vsake dva dni, bi lahko torej prihranili 940\u20ac vsako leto. Ne glede na vse pa je ta \u010dlanek tudi opomnik, da bolj pazljivo zapravljamo svoj denar in kako lahko s spreminjanjem majhnih navad, kot je na primer pitje vode namesto gaziranih pija\u010d, dose\u017eemo velike, \u00bbdomino\u00ab efekte, saj s tem prihranimo na primer dovolj denarja za nakup bolj\u0161e, kakovostnej\u0161e hrane, postanemo bolj zdravi in lahko \u0161e bolj u\u017eivamo v \u017eivljenju.
